GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All products are sold with the express understanding that the Purchaser and/or User are thoroughly familiar with their proper use. Pambina ImpEx assumes no responsibility for the use, misuse or misapplication of its products. Warnings and Cautions are outlined on the Home Page.
Products are of commercial quality and standards. Pambina ImpEx does not make any warranties of fitness of its products for any particular application or any other warranties, express or implied.
$10.00 MINIMUM ORDER.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
- Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. However, when feasible, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders are shipped to the contiguous continental United States only.
RETURNS POLICY:
Returns are accepted. Refund will be given as Money Back. Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for credit within 7 days of receipt of material. Pambina ImpEx will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on request. Affix the RMA number lable to the outer carton and return the merchandize FREIGHT PREPAID to the warehouse indicated on the RMA instructions. A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% WILL APPLY.
